Delivered to the customer free of charge upon phone call registration.
3. Customer can avail the cash promo when paying with cash or credit card one-time payment only.
4. To avail free items customers should call LG Customer Service Hotline at (+632) 902-5544 between 8am to 7pm
daily and register the following details to redeem the free items:
- Customer Name (Name indicated on the sales invoice or o cial receipt)
- Contact details (Address; Mobile and Landline telephone numbers; Email address)
- Purchase Details (Model of LG Ref SXS Linear Premium – GR-P207BSJV & GR-P267FSN); Date and Dealer Store

5. LG customer can expect delivery of free items within 2 weeks from the date of phone call registration. Upon
delivery, customer must present valid IDs and surrender a photocopy of the Sales Invoice or O cial Receipt. In
case there is an authorized representative, he/she must present authorization letter, valid IDs of the customer and
representative, and surrender a photocopy of the Sales Invoice or O cial Receipt.
6. All registered availments are still subject for veri cation by LG Customer Information Center. LG has the right to
refuse redemption of free items for reasons such as the LG REF SXS Inverter Linear Unit was not purchased in
authorized participating dealer or failure to present required documents during registration and delivery.
